Laptop running Ubuntu-Studio, 100% free software (http://ubuntustudio.org/). It’s a flavor of Linux that comes preconfigured with a low latency kernel for realtime scheduling and interapplication routing through Jack.

Sooperlooper is a real-time live looping application that allows for keybindings or MIDI controls, or the gui. I had to get creative with my big toe, but will probably hack together a homemade USB foot controller soon.
