you have to change …
you have to change the output from your midi track to your instrument, cause normally it is set to preset. just hit F11 for instruments, choose the one you want and go back to your project. change the output of midi track to your instruments name and done!

I am new in this program, I connect my keyboard, but when i want to play someother instruments other than piano in cubase it record it as piano, is there anyway i can change the piano to other instruments? please help:::::(
