Yeah. Definitely … Yeah. Definitely get at least 8 mono ins when it comes to interfaces. When I get my new one, I’m getting a Mackie 1640i, which is 16 mono in, plus it runs all 16 channels in through only one firewire cable, which is pretty sweet, because it will allow me to finally be able to edit the drum tracks. Well, edit each individual mic as opposed to just a stereo track.

I have an HP …
I have an HP desktop that is vista x64 bit. most of these softwares are still built only for x32 bit.
Besides buying a new PC, what else can I do?
