Is there a point and shoot digital camera with optical zoom while recording a video?

Author: Is there a good quality point and shoot digital camera that allows for optical zoom while recording a video? Not digital zoom, which just crops the frame you already have and makes the video blurry and undefined, but optical zoom, which actually zooms into what ever you’re looking at without the blurriness of the digital zoom. Thanks so much for your help 
Is there a camera with all of the qualities above that is compact. For example, a camera that could fit in a jacket pocket.

Don’t know other makes or models, but my Nikon P80 sure allow me to do so.
