The camera will either record until the memory card is full, until a certain file size is reached, or for a set maximum time. The manual will tell you which, and what any limit might be. If you don&#039;t have yours, I am sure you can find an electronic copy on the Canon website.

If the camera records in AVI, the maximum file size is 2GB. 3 minutes shouldn&#039;t come anywhere near that. Quicktime is basically unlimited in file size.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
