		<description>You have a few options, depending on the mixer board:

Most boards have a headphone out, use this.

Use an Aux Send:  you could use an auxialry send.  Each channel has knobs for Aux 1 and Aux 2.  By turning this knob, you are sending that channel to that auxilary.  Say you have Mics plugged into Channel 1 and 2.  Guitar in 3.  And Bass in Channel 4.  You can turn the knob up on Aux 1 for Channel 1, and this will send only Channel 1 to the Aux 1.  If you turn the knob up on Channel 4, then Aux 1 is getting Mic from Channel 1 and Bass from Channel 4.  

Get a Headphone Monitor:
