In 1996, Stan Meyer gave oral testimony before the court demonstrating the WFC Fuel Cell “Mode of Operability” by using the Voltage Intensifier Circuit (VIC) to produce voltage of opposite polarity to separate and disassociate the water molecule into its component gases, hydrogen & oxygen. However, the court audio sound recording equipment seemed to malfunction and was switched off. Judge Corzine said proceedings should continue without it. This was a violation of judicial protocol, since the recording system is used to verify testimony given during the trial and as such becomes “Evidence of Records.” After his oral testimony, Stan expected Attorney/Judge Hurley to start bringing forth WFC witnesses and counter arguments. Instead, Attorney/Judge Hurley spoke up, stated he had to leave for a pre-planned vacation and said that there was no more testimony to be given and waived the right of the defendant to give a case summary of the WFC facts brought before the court. Stan Meyer immediately stated he would protest and Judge Corzine ended the hearing. Stan wrote a “Request to Retract” fax-letter to the Sunday Times on 2 December 1996. He attached WFC documentation on the filing with the Disciplinary Counsel. He further stated that Judge Corzine had no right to turn off the court audio sound recording equipment, nor to rule against U.S. Patents, or overrule Government and University lab reports in the public domain concerning the mode of operability of the WFC Technology. Furthermore, Stan pointed out that no US Federal “Cease and Desist” order has ever been issued against WFC since the WFC Technology has been fully legalized under US Patent Security Law 35 USC 101 and other US Federal regulatory Acts. His final statement was that “WFC is here to stay” in contradiction to the Sunday Times statement.

top audio recording companies compete internationally so it’s hard to pinpoint who is most ‘expensive’ because of exchange rates and regional price differences and VAT. also, these softwares often aree part of an entire system including hardware so… hmmm… i think nuendo by steinberg is the most expensive software only solution, but that’s retail. there are some production houses who have built their own software that would difficult to put a price tag on. and that’s only if you don’t count military software into the mix.

My buddy was set up and told me he made a statement on a phone conversation that was recorded by police that would free him. He has the file in .wma format. The statement has been erased. How can he prove the digital recording has been tampered?

Find a computer expert.

But that will cost money, and I would say it’s more likely that he’s lying than the police tampered with the evidence.

How much better in performance and audio recording will I notice between these 3 processors?

1. Pentium 4 (2.6 ghz, my current one)
2. Core 2 Quad (Q6600 2.4 ghz, choice one)
3. Core 2 Duo (E6850 3.0 ghz, choce two)

I’m buyin tomarrow (22nd) which should I get?
I’m only saying in recording cause on my p4 the monitor can only run like 3 seconds behind the acctually recording cause it is so slow.

I’m using the computer for gaming and recording

I’d buy the E6850. They’re going to be both the same price tomorrow, however, you’d probably get more benefit from the higher clock speed of the E6850 than you would from having four cores with the Q6600.

I want to buy a software that’s good for composing/recording an electronic/techno song. I’m looking for something of good quality too. Any suggestions? And I prefer buying something from a store.

I use FL Studio Producer Edition and Ableton Live for my electronic music. I think FL Studio is easier to learn, but essentially both should do. I know you said you wanted to buy from a store, but usually the download versions are quite much cheaper and you basically only miss out on a box, cd and paper manual (electronic manual is always included with these programs anyway)
